Your information should help you. It should not become the product.
Mission Ready was built to help service members, veterans, spouses, and families make sense of complicated decisions. We do not sell personal information. What you choose to share should help make the platform more useful to you.
I have worked with sensitive personal information throughout my military career. I understand that trust is not a slogan. It comes from being careful about what is collected, who can access it, and how it is used.
Your information is not for sale
Mission Ready does not sell your personal information. Information you choose to provide is used to operate the platform and make its tools and guidance more relevant to you.
Account-based access
Mission Ready uses Base44-managed authentication and account-scoped data permissions. The application is designed so personal records are associated with the account that owns them. Different features and sharing workflows can have different access rules.
You choose what to provide
You can explore public areas before creating an account. Profile details and many planning inputs are voluntary. Do not provide information that a feature does not need or that you are not comfortable entering.
AI is a tool, not a blank check
AI features process information needed for the task you request. If you connect an outside AI client through Mission Ready MCP, approving the connection currently grants access to every tool listed on the consent screen; individual tool and read/write permission switches are not yet available in Mission Ready. Depending on the exposed tools and your account permissions, that client may read, create, update, or delete your account records. Review the full list before approving. The outside provider processes data under its own terms and privacy practices, which Mission Ready cannot control.
Important: what not to enter
Do not enter classified information, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), CAC credentials, passwords, Social Security numbers, full government identification numbers, or sensitive military operational details. Mission Ready is not an approved system for classified or CUI information.
A few things worth knowing
No online service is risk-free. Mission Ready uses the security and access-control capabilities of its managed platform, but no website can honestly promise perfect security or zero risk.
Sharing is a choice. Some features let you share selected information with linked family accounts or other people. Review the specific sharing controls before enabling them.
Connected AI providers are separate services. Each connection is approved separately, but Mission Ready's current consent is all-or-nothing for the tools shown; it does not yet offer individual tool or read/write permission switches. Review the full list before approving and review the provider’s own privacy and data-use terms. Do not connect a provider you do not trust with the records available to your account.
Some information is stored to provide features. For example, saved plans, profile details, budgets, and user-created records may be retained in your account. Certain features, such as VA-related journals, may contain sensitive information you choose to enter. Read the feature's notice before using it and do not enter information you do not want stored or processed.
You have choices. You can review the Privacy Policy, review sharing and AI permissions, and use the account controls available in your profile. For a privacy question or request, contact us.
This page explains Mission Ready’s approach in plain language. It does not replace the Privacy Policy, which governs the platform’s data practices.
