Meet the Creator
Built from experience. Built for the mission.

Built From Experience
For nearly 20 years, I've had the privilege of serving in the United States Air Force.
Throughout my career, I've worked in aircraft structural maintenance, production, human resources, and leadership. I've served at multiple assignments around the world, led large organizations, managed complex operations, supported major contracts, overseen facilities and resources, and spent years helping service members accomplish the mission while navigating the challenges of military life.
But throughout that career, I noticed something that continued to bother me.
There is an incredible amount of help available to military members and their families — but finding the right help at the right time can be incredibly difficult.
I've lost count of how many times I've told an Airman, NCO, or family member:
“Go to this website.”
“Talk to this office.”
“Look up this program.”
“You might qualify for this benefit.”
And then realized there were five more websites, multiple offices, different requirements, and dozens of pages of information they had to sort through.
The resources existed.
The problem was navigating them.
I've watched people miss opportunities because they didn't know a program existed. I've watched service members struggle with finances, career decisions, education, family planning, benefits, and eventually the transition out of the military.
And I kept thinking:
There has to be a better way.
That's why I started building Mission Ready.
One Place. One Mission.
Mission Ready is designed to bring together the information, resources, tools, and guidance that military members and their families need throughout their journey.
Whether you're a young Airman trying to understand your benefits, an NCO planning your next career move, a military family trying to get financially organized, or a service member preparing for retirement or life after the military — Mission Ready is built to help you navigate the next mission.
The goal isn't to replace the resources that already exist.
It's to make them easier to find, easier to understand, and more relevant to you.
Why “Mission Ready”?
Your career is a mission.
Your finances are a mission.
Taking care of your family is a mission.
Preparing for retirement is a mission.
Transitioning to civilian life is a mission.
Building the life you want after service is a mission.
Military life doesn't stop being a mission when you leave the gate.
You shouldn't have to figure it all out alone.
“Mission Ready is something I wish existed when I first joined. So I decided to build it.”
I'm continuing to develop Mission Ready around the real experiences, problems, and needs of the military community — because this isn't just a business idea to me.
It's personal.

Why I Built Mission Ready
I built Mission Ready because military members and their families shouldn't have to know exactly where to look before they can get help.
There are incredible programs, benefits, resources, discounts, education opportunities, financial tools, career resources, transition programs, and family resources available.
But they're scattered.
Mission Ready is my attempt to bring those pieces together and help people find what applies to their mission, their career, and their family.
